How do I register?
Registration is all done online and you only need to fill out one registration form on our website. Visit the homepage and enter your username and password at the bottom of the page.
What if I don’t have a username?
If you do not currently have a user name for the Utah Graduate School Fairs registration system, please click on Register New Account just to the right of the login fields at the bottom of the homepage.
Do I have to register for all 7 fairs or can I choose to visit only 2 or 3?
You can visit as many or as few as you would like in the consortium.
When is the deadline to register?
To receive the discounted price of attendance, you must register by August 1, 2019. Your registration for all of the fairs you plan to attend is due no later than Friday, September 7, 2019. If you have not registered by then or we have not received your money by then, your registration will be counted as incomplete and you will not be able to attend.
*Registration Refund Policy: Cancellations must be made IN WRITING at least ten (10) days prior to the graduate School Fairs to receive a full refund. Cancellations after that time will not be refunded.
Are there limits to how many schools can register for each fair?
Yes. Because of space-constraints, each of the individual fairs can only accommodate a certain number of graduate programs. This is why it is important to register early, rather than waiting until the deadline.
Who should I contact if I have questions?
If you have questions about the registration process and/or system, please contact Diana Maughan at [email protected] or (435)- 652-7668.
